Gathrd gives experienced organizers the familiar tools they expect—with more room for feedback, more responsive support, and a product that evolves with the communities using it.
Alpha access is free and invitation-only. Paid organizer plans will be introduced before beta, with pricing shared in advance.
You do not need another product teaching you how to build a community. You need reliable tools for the work you already do—and a platform that listens when those tools fall short.
Gathrd is not trying to make community organizing unrecognizable. It is focused on making the platform more dependable, transparent, and responsive.
Groups, events, members, RSVPs, hosts, and communications work the way experienced organizers expect them to.
Manage your community's membership, event access, leadership roles, and information without unnecessary workarounds.
Alpha organizers help shape what is built, and questions should reach a real person—not disappear into a support maze.
Alpha is free. Paid organizer plans will be introduced before beta, and every charge will be explained before it applies.
Create public, private, or invitation-only groups with clear descriptions, rules, membership settings, and organizer roles.
Create and manage in-person, online, and hybrid events with capacity, RSVP options, guests, hosts, and reminders.
Review requests, manage active members, assign leadership roles, and maintain clear membership records.
Give members a simple way to respond while keeping attendee information and event capacity organized.
Send the confirmations, reminders, approvals, updates, and cancellations that keep a group moving.
Paid-event and membership capabilities are being developed with transparent pricing and organizer control in mind.
Alpha features will continue to evolve based on testing. Beta plan details and pricing will be published before any charges begin.
I have spent years doing the same work Gathrd is designed to support: planning events, reviewing new members, answering questions, coordinating hosts, communicating changes, and trying to create a place where people feel welcome.
That experience does not mean I already know every answer. It means I know organizers need to be part of the conversation while the product is being built.
— Michelle, Founder of Gathrd
Gathrd is being designed for organizers who already have established groups on other platforms. Migration support will continue to improve throughout alpha and beta.
The goal is not to force you to rebuild years of community history by hand. We will prioritize practical import tools, clear migration guidance, and direct support for early organizers.
Tell us a little about the community you organize. We will send beta updates and may contact you if an alpha testing spot is a good fit.
