For organizers

Built for the people doing the organizing.

Gathrd gives experienced organizers the familiar tools they expect—with more room for feedback, more responsive support, and a product that evolves with the communities using it.

I Already Have Alpha Access

Alpha access is free and invitation-only. Paid organizer plans will be introduced before beta, with pricing shared in advance.

You know how to organize

Your platform should keep up.

You do not need another product teaching you how to build a community. You need reliable tools for the work you already do—and a platform that listens when those tools fall short.

Create and manage one or more groups
Publish in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
Manage RSVPs, capacity, guests, and waitlists
Review membership requests and manage member roles
Assign co-organizers and event hosts
Send updates, confirmations, and reminders
Maintain a clear home for your community
The Gathrd difference

The same core job. A better working relationship.

Gathrd is not trying to make community organizing unrecognizable. It is focused on making the platform more dependable, transparent, and responsive.

1

Familiar workflows

Groups, events, members, RSVPs, hosts, and communications work the way experienced organizers expect them to.

2

More organizer control

Manage your community's membership, event access, leadership roles, and information without unnecessary workarounds.

3

Human support

Alpha organizers help shape what is built, and questions should reach a real person—not disappear into a support maze.

4

Transparent pricing

Alpha is free. Paid organizer plans will be introduced before beta, and every charge will be explained before it applies.

Built by an organizer—with organizers.

I have spent years doing the same work Gathrd is designed to support: planning events, reviewing new members, answering questions, coordinating hosts, communicating changes, and trying to create a place where people feel welcome.

That experience does not mean I already know every answer. It means I know organizers need to be part of the conversation while the product is being built.

— Michelle, Founder of Gathrd

Already have a community?

Bring the community. Leave the unnecessary friction.

Gathrd is being designed for organizers who already have established groups on other platforms. Migration support will continue to improve throughout alpha and beta.

The goal is not to force you to rebuild years of community history by hand. We will prioritize practical import tools, clear migration guidance, and direct support for early organizers.

Member-list import options
Group and organizer setup guidance
Event and content migration planning
Clear communication templates for members
Direct support for selected alpha migrations
Good to know

Questions organizers usually ask.

Gathrd is free during alpha. Paid organizer plans will be introduced before beta. We will publish pricing and transition details before any organizer is charged.

Yes. We expect to offer upgraded organizer plans so that small volunteer groups are not paying for the same level of functionality as larger or multi-group organizations. The exact plans are still being defined.

The long-term payment model has not been finalized. Any Gathrd fee, payment-processing fee, or organizer-set event or membership charge will be identified separately and disclosed before payment.

Yes. A meaningful free member plan will always remain available. Optional Gathrd Plus features may be introduced later, but upgrading will not be required simply to belong or participate in the core community experience.

That is a core alpha use case. Migration tools are still evolving, and selected alpha organizers may receive direct assistance while the process is refined.

No. Alpha is a real working product, but it is also an active testing period. Early organizers should expect improvements, changes, and opportunities to influence what is built next.
